Everything was exactly as described. Everything appears to be high quality and well made. And the shipping was super fast and easy! For the cost, I expected the window to be AAMA certified and the top grate to be hinged. Instead the window just has a sticker that says it's high performance and the grate cannot be mounted, it just sits on top with the plastic cover that could easily blow off.

Thank you for the kind words. There are self adhesive Velcro tabs that came with the Cover. They are intended to be used to connect the Cover to the Grate. This way, the weight of the Grate prevents the Cover from blowing away. I hope that makes sense. Please call me if you have any additional questions or concerns.
