What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fill your order and notify you of the order status.

If you set up an account with us, we store your information for your convenience. We do not store your credit card information on file. When you sign up for the Newsletter, we store your email address to be able to email you the company newsletter. You may cancel receiving the newsletter at any time.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about promotional offers we think you'll find valuable.

We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store and shopping cart.

How do we protect customer information?

EgressWindows.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but only with your expressed consent. In addition, EgressWindows.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
