Everything that came in the kit to install the window was great. Only major thing I would of prefered was a new construction nail flange rather than a vinyl replacement setup. I didn't care for that at all.

Completely satisfied through the entire experience. I was totally happy with my purchase and it was delivered propmtly. I landed in a senario of having to do a return which was no fault of egress windows. Customer service was fantastic through the whole process. Highly recommended.
