This was my first experience with an egress window install. When I priced out everything I needed from the local store it came to almost the same price as the kits sold here. And the window well was better looking that just shiny corrugated steel. The window and the well and high quality and even the contractor I had who cut the whole in the foundation for it was impressed with the quality and price I paid for everything. If you need an egress window and are debating on purchasing one from egresswindows.com just go ahead and purchase it. You won't be disappointed!

I am very happy with this set. It looks nice and was easy for my contractor to install. Egresswindows.com's service is impeccable! They shipped quickly, and kept me in the loop as to shipping status. Their customer service was very responsive, and took care of any issues in an expedited manner.

We installed it this last weekend and it went well. I should have ordered a taller well, but we worked around it.
Shipping was slow, but I had enough time to make ti work.
