Bilco ScapeWEL Egress Well Systems satisfy egress code requirements for finished basements while improving the area's ventilation and exposure to natural light. The ScapeWEL window well is maintenance-free and incredibly durable, made from high-density, UV-stabilized polyethylene with a closed cell polyurethane foam filling for extra strength. These wells are also available in a variety of sizes to suit most windows sizes and foundation heights.
The ScapeWEL's unique terraced step design provides a convenient area to place plants or flowers, but will pull double duty in the event of emergency, serving as a fast and easy means of escape.
