This emergency egress kit for new basement construction easily helps you meet the International Residential Code for safety. The kit includes a double insulated vinyl window large enough for a fast and safe exit that will also drastically increase natural light. The accompanying window well available in 3 height options is made of galvanized steel with a stacked stone finish; strong and durable yet neutral enough to blend in. Also included are a plastic grate cover, escape ladder and a snap-on, galvanized steel window buck.
